Saskia Diesing

Saskia Diesing (1972) is a Dutch screenwriter and director. She graduated in film from the University of the Arts, Utrecht, then worked for several years for Dutch TV VPRO as a dramaturg and editor while also directing the TV films DU (2003), New Shoes (Nieuwe schoenen, 2004), and Taxi 656 (2008). The independent productions she's made include The Last Day (De laatste dag, 2008) and her first feature film debut was Nena (2014). She is also engaged in educational activities.
