Pascal Tessaud

Biografia

Pascal Tessaud was born in Paris in 1974. He received a master's degree in literature and cinema at Nanterre University. After working as a social worker in cultural associations, he started directing short films including Nightbirds (2003), Noura's Summer (2005), Facies (2008), and City of Light (2012). He also directed the documentary Words Are Burning Us (2007), about the French spoken word scene, which screened in 40 countries. Brooklyn is his debut feature film.
