Maximiliano Cruz

Artistic Director of FICUNAM. He has more than 15 years of experience as a curator and programmer of festivals such as FICCO, FICCALI, Guadalajara FF and Riviera Maya FF. In 2010 he co-founded the label Interior XIII with activity in the fields of distribution, production and programming. He has produced films by Yulene Olaizola, Nicolás Pereda, Julio Hernández Cordón and Camila Donoso. He is editor of the books El cine manuf(r) acturado de Peter Tscherkassky and Matías Piñeiro. Los juegos del tiempo. Since 2015 he has been curator of the film programme at MAMM in Medellín, consolidating the museum as one of the most important alternative exhibition spaces in Colombia. He has been a jury member at festivals such as FIDMarseille, Mar del Plata FF, Miami FF and FICValdivia, among others.
