Heaven's Fire

During an attempted robbery at the treasury building. Dean finds himself pitted against former co-worker Quentin who is bent on stealing U.S. currency engraving plates. When Dean foils the getaway, two earthshaking explosions rock the high rise, trapping the robbers and a group of tourists inside. Dean tries valiantly to save the innocent victims while keeping his foe at bay.
