Charlie Bartlett é um jovem rico que não está se dando bem na Universidade. Entre seus maiores problemas está o diretor Gardner. Mas quando ele começa a entender melhor a hierarquia, seu charme e simpatia o colocam subitamente na posição de médico psiquiatra residente – o que, com a ajuda do amigo e também aluno Murphy Bivens, lhe proporciona dar conselhos e eventualmente até prescrever tratamentos aos alunos. An enjoyable film in which not much surprising happens, but it sort of flows naturally, and while it tackles big issues, it tackles them with insight. Most of all, I probably liked the relationship between the main character and his mother. My only regret is that I only got to Charlie Bartlett now, when Anton Yelchin has to be discussed in the past tense.
