Making The Last Legion

A sympathetic and, above all, appealing narration by the director and the four main actors. Meanwhile, for Lefler, The Last Legion is the culmination of the independent directorial work he began in the Hercules film franchise, Firth was cast against the clichéd action heroes, Kingsley was intrigued by the subject matter, Sangster was able to enjoy playing a boy growing into a man, and Aishwarya became an action heroine for the first time and participated in many action scenes herself.
