What a great finale. The atmosphere was top-notch, the tension was palpable, and while some outcomes were predictable, others pleasantly surprised me. Alfie was, as always, outstanding. The only thing I didn't quite get was how the boys managed to blow up the wall without collapsing the unstable tunnel. (21/09/2018)

I really enjoyed Season 3 as a whole, even though I have strong reservations concerning some issues. In any case, it was one of the best seasons that the creators of Peaky Blinders have offered so far. Adrien Brody was a great choice, although his Luca Changretta can’t measure up to Tom Hardy's fantastic Alfie Solomons. Plus, the season finale opened up the possibility of a greater connection with politics in the future, which means that Tommy Shelby is very likely to turn into a total scumbag, and I can't wait to see that. Now, this is how you kick off a season! Unlike the dreadful start of the third season, this one hit all the right notes. Industrial magnate Tommy Shelby was in top form, and even the subdued Arthur kept me thoroughly entertained. Adding Luca Changretta and his Italian comrades into the mix was a great touch. I expected a lot, but I didn't think I'd be giving the first two episodes of this season five stars. I had no choice, though; I enjoyed them that much. The dialogues were outstanding, and the final scene with Adrien Brody was fantastic. I can't wait for the next episode! (21/09/2018)

The third episode slowed down a bit (hence just four stars), but it maintained the quality atmosphere and brutal action. I'm not disappointed at all, but I know the creators can deliver even better. Still, I enjoyed it. (22/09/2018)

This was one strange episode. I've never seen so many traps in a single installment (trap for Arthur, trap for the Italians, trap for Michael, and yet another trap for the Italians). The plot started off at a fast pace but then slowed down with May's somewhat unnecessary arrival. I was considering four stars, but I had to add one more for "badass" Ada. (22/09/2018)

The plot picked up again like in the previous episode and then slowed down similarly, so I would have given it four stars. However, the creators decided to pander to modern sensibilities in a way that felt historically inaccurate, and that deserves a penalty. There's no convincing me that a Black man could have risen to the rank of officer in the British Army in the 1920s. Colonel? Sure, and water flows uphill... (22/09/2018)

I was pretty torn about this episode. The atmosphere, pace, and action were all on point, and devious Alfie Solomons delighted me once again. However, the resolution of the Italian issue felt incredibly unconvincing, and the plot twist was painfully predictable, coming off as rather awkward. But MP Thomas Shelby, O.B.E., certainly gave me a good laugh. (23/09/2018)

I was worried that the creators might have already used up all their best ideas and the fifth season would drop in quality, but no way! It was a hell of a ride as usual, which I extremely enjoyed, and I’m hoping that the break will be used efficiently, and the next season will be just as amazing as this one. A real treat. It might not go down in history as one of Peaky Blinders' best episodes, but it held my interest. While it didn't deliver much action, it kept a steady pace that kept me engaged. I have a feeling this season has some promising moments in store. (26/01/2020)

One thing I love about this series is the number of episodes. With just six per season, there's no room for filler, keeping the story tight and engaging. This episode was no exception — it kept me hooked throughout, with no dull moments, and even threw in a local Hitler for good measure. (26/01/2020)
