The Lebanese Rocket Society

Well known is the competition held during the Cold War, by the United States and the Soviet Union, to be the first on the moon. But very few know that in that race a third country was involved: Lebanon. While investigating the history of that country, Hadjithomas and Joreige found a stamp with the image of a rocket. Moved by curiosity, they strove to discover the source of the image and found that, in Lebanon, a math teacher and his students had built a number of rockets. To tell this story, the directors spotted professor Manougian and had access to his personal files. (El Riviera Maya Film Festival)
