The Shavings

A lonely woodcutter tries to cope with separation. In the woods he unexpectedly encounters a kindred soul that turns his life upside down. All that's left from a tree full of love are fragments of memories as small as shavings. The gentle humor is interwoven throughout the film to fits the subtitle - that even lumberjacks have their days. (Zlín Film Festival)
