Há 10 anos, Jean (Pio Marmail) deixou para trás a sua família e a sua terra natal da Borgonha para ir dar a volta ao mundo. No entanto, quando sabe da morte iminente do seu pai, decide regressar à terra que o viu crescer. Aí, reencontra-se com os seus irmãos, Juliette (Ana Girardot) e Jérémie (François Civil), e juntos vivem a morte do pai, mesmo antes do início da vindima. No espaço de um ano, e ao ritmo do passar das quatro estações, estes jovens adultos vão reencontrar e reinventar a sua ligação, florescendo e amadurecendo ao mesmo tempo que o vinho produzido pela sua família. Even though I don't own any vineyards and I barely ever drink wine, I completely understand everything the central trio of siblings is going through in connection with the loss of their parents and their wine heritage, which you can't just give up if you have at least some sentiment for your birthplace. The story itself is very believable and the acting is very good. The appropriately chosen locations where most of the action takes place irresistibly lure you to visit the sunny, fertile slopes and hillsides of Burgundy. I also like the soundtrack, which is wonderfully in tune with the picture. It's just a very enjoyable movie, even though it often strikes a more serious chord. (80%)
