The documentary depicts the dismal atmosphere in contemporary Tadjikistan, which recently emerged from a violent civil war that has left deep marks on both the economy and morality of the country. The greatest victims are Tadjiskistan's children, many of whom lost their parents during the war and today live on the street in a grim struggle to survive. (One World)
