July was born a man and died a trans woman. Object after object, circle after circle, from the memories emerge fragments of her intangible figure – gender transitioning, her exile to Brazil during the military dictatorship, the desire for love, the forwardness of queer humor, trans activism and the last years of her life carrying the weight of HIV.
