Scoot McNairy

Scoot McNairy is an actor and producer. He was nominated for Best Actor at the 2010 British Independent Film Awards for his work in the critically acclaimed film MONSTERS from director Gareth Edwards. Other prestigious nominees included Colin Firth and Jim Broadbent. His film IN SEARCH FOR A MIDNIGHT KISS, which he both starred in and produced, won the John Cassavetes award at the 2009 Independent Spirit Awards.

Scoot starred in the upcoming Ben Affleck directed ARGO starring Bryan Cranston, Ben Affleck, and John Goodman. Next he is filming a co-starring role in Kathryn Bigelow’s UNTITLED INTERNATIONAL THRILLER, her much anticipated follow up to her Oscar winning THE HURT LOCKER.

His film THE OFF HOURS premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Scoot also starred in ART SCHOOL CONFIDENTIAL from director Terry Zwigoff and opposite John Malkovich. He has also appeared on TV on many hit shows such as SIX FEET UNDER, BONES, MY NAME IS EARL, THE SHIELD, and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.
