Approaching cinema during his studies, and subsequently thanks to Roger Corman’s factory, Jack Hill debuted as a director with his horror Spider Baby or, the Maddest Story Ever Told (1967). In 1971, The Big Doll House initiated his collaboration with actress Pam Grier.
