Mariana Chenillo studied film at the Cinematographic Training Center (CCC), specializing in direction. She has written and directed films such as Nora’s Will (2008), winning seven Ariel Awards from the Mexican Film Academy, including Best Film and Best Screenplay; Paradise (2013), and All That is Invisible (2020). Chenillo’s experience in television series include more than 30 episodes for several platforms. She has extensive teaching experience, having taught classes at CCC for nearly a decade. From 2015 to 2018 she was part of the National System of Art Creators from the Mexican Ministry of Culture, with a grant in the area of screenwriting.
