Villa Lucia

Villa Lucia is a combination of a romantic comedy and a crime film. It tells the story of three of friends who, even in their thirties, are united by the memory of their high school classmate Lucia. After several theatrical suicide attempts, Cyril is undergoing psychiatric treatment for Lucia and today, as part of his therapy, he wants to apologize to her for everything. Gorazd is engaged to Lucia and has to keep his relationship a secret from Cyril. And Svätopluk would like to get the old gang back together. Trying to come to terms with the past once and for all leads the trio to Lucia's native home. But the unguarded old villa above the town is just about to be robbed by two corrupt policemen. A night of action, comic situations and witty dialogue ensues. (Art Film Fest)
