The British science-fiction horror The Projected Man is not a downright surprising film, as it follows a pretty clear template of a scientist taking revenge for not being able to achieve what he wanted and destroying himself with his own experiment. Nevertheless, the filmmakers managed to combine science fiction with horror quite well, and the horror is in fact quite visual. When Steiner presents himself in his new form, even today it has quite an effect. ()
