Clichés, e até mesmo um trabalho totalmente estúpido com eles, sem um contexto básico a funcionar. Do ponto de vista de cinema, sem um toque de estilo ou invenção, sem um único traço de atmosfera. Até mesmo o potencial da «casa-smart» moderna é morto. Os personagens são horríveis e a sua interação de relações sem conceito. A Casa de Cera de 2005 é um filme de género sólido em comparação com este. (21/04/2023)

The idea is great, the execution is noticeably less good. We have the classic archetypal characters of similar horror films: a jerk, an IT nerd, a couple in love and a whiny Barbie, as well as a typical murder scenario and the fairly original idea of a smart house that does more harm than good (it murders all the inhabitants in quite amusing ways). But as decent as the idea sounds on paper, the execution is appalling. The actors can't act, the behaviour couldn’t be more stupid, the robot effects are terrible, the gore is weak, far-fetched and unbelievable, and the low budget is evident, with the film oozing its B-movie nature. It's not completely disastrous and occasionally has some bright moments, but otherwise it's pretty poor. (21/10/2022)
