Csárdáskirálynő

Prince Edvin and Szilvia, the Csárdás Queen of the Orpheum are in a desperate love, but his foster-mother, Marie-Louise wants him to marry Countess Stázi instead. Szilvia and Count Bóni turn up unexpectedly at the engagement ceremony as a married couple, together with a key witness who will reveal Marie-Louise's past. She is in fact identical with Pitykés Maca, formerly a singer at the Orpheum. Marie-Louise is compelled to consent to his son's decision to marry the Csárdás Queen.
