Bible Black - Série 1

As far as the genre goes, it is impossible to talk about a story, the animation gets boring after a few minutes, and characters interrupt all their efforts with sex after a few sentences. On top of that, whatever the script builds up in five episodes is concluded in a few seconds and completely blocked by the ending. So, as a one-time thrill for someone who enjoys tied-up whining animated teenage characters, it may be appropriate. However, since I was foolishly searching for anything else at all in it, I have to give it the lowest rating. (23/02/2009)

Briefly and simply, the Bible Black is not a horror or mystery film, but rather pornography. However, I wouldn't use the term "ordinary" or "mere," but rather exceptionally skillfully made pornography that far surpasses pornographic productions from the Euro-American cultural area. Japanese culture looks at erotica practically and without traditional condemnation from Christianity. Thanks to this, even quality creators devote themselves to this type of erotic material, not just those who wouldn't succeed in another genre. Additionally, the used form, i.e., animated film, allows for unprecedented aesthetics in a pornographic film, because traditional Japanese manga is known for its precise and delicate drawing, which pays great attention to details. Of course, this is not suitable for children, but it will please adults who know what they want to watch. Overall impression: 75%. (24/02/2009)
