Banda sonora intensa e dinâmica e visuais atraentes de um tom futurista sombrio. O arquétipo americano do herói de ação em uma motocicleta e a atmosfera noir. Um filme de baixo orçamento impressionante com um enredo simples, como uma estreia em longa-metragem feita em 21 dias. «Jericho» do The Prodigy lembrou-me que depois de muito tempo preciso repetir o clássico álbum «Experience» dos anos 90. Jackdaw is a very solid feature debut from a TV creator that recalls Drive from a Northern English hood. The distinctive throbbing music and excellent sound design kind of distract from the not-quite-rehearsed script, which doesn't bring much new under the sun, but the frequent action and overall stylish feel of the film keeps the viewer paying attention. It could have pushed the envelope considerably more though.
