Zwarte Tulp

Drama series, commissioned by streaming service Videoland, full of suspense and romance. The story revolves around the developments between two rival families in the Dutch bulb-growing area, who became hereditary enemies after a mysterious accident in the past. The Vonk and Kester families are both determined to be the first to successfully grow the rare black tulip, a rivalry that keeps the old feud alive and even intensifies it. While the families have to cope with financial trouble and impossible love affairs, the old mystery is gradually unravelled. (Nederlands Film Festival)
