Alec Guinness is an incredible chameleon, and I'm glad I finally got to know him beyond Obi-Wan. His acting is incredibly chameleon-like, which also relates to the superbly crafted masks that are captivatingly presented in this film. I'm sure if I didn't know who Guinness was playing, I wouldn't recognize him. The film is funny in a beautifully British way. All of these things combine to make it a treasure of world comedy. ()
