Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and the whole gang go south of the border to do their meddling. The sleuths take the Mystery Van into Mexico where a colorful celebration of the Day of the Dead becomes more frightening than fun. Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico is another adventure of Mysteries Inc. that made a typically average impression on me. In short, a relaxing film with absolutely no need to think.
