Dongjing Shenpan

The film narrates two stories. One is the story of Mei Ru`ao, the only Chinese judge in the court, who maintains his country’s dignity and status in the international scenery. The other, is about the incredible pain an ordinary Japanese family endured during the war. (Monterrey International Film Festival)
