Spoiled rich girl Madison Penrose (Julianna Guill) plans the ultimate Sweet 16 party at the abandoned Rollerdome where a series of grisly murders took place a decade earlier. Skye Rotter (Lauren McKnight), the daughter of the missing killer Charlie Rotter and class outcast, just wants to forget the past and lead a normal life.
