Phantom Killer 3 at times tries to create a bit of atmosphere, and the night scenes are quite good, but it's all ruined by how badly it's filmed. Then the whole atmosphere goes to hell. For this reason, the final scene stands out the most, featuring a good interplay of sound and visuals. Otherwise, you simply can't expect this to be a top-quality film that you'll recommend to everyone you know.
