The story isn't anything great, but when they incorporate scraps of food into it, suddenly it becomes something different and looks different. The environment of the refrigerator is captured excellently, just as the animation of the inanimate products is well done. The scene with the celery stalk and its breaking is absolutely excellent, and it’s as if you were truly watching bones being snapped.
