Best Coast: Our Deal

Drew Barrymore didn't bring anything special as a director to this, i.e., nothing out of the ordinary. It's pretty standard and expected, but Chloë is simply captivating, especially in how she's stylized. It's quite a long music video that doesn't really captivate with its music or what it portrays. A shortened version of "West Side Story" set in a modern setting isn't an innovative idea. (23/09/2014)
