A film that doesn't know exactly what it wants to be. Whether it's an entertaining story or at times even an absurd portrayal of reality, or just a dull tale about something that happened back then. It fails to do either, but you can tell there was effort put into it. It just didn't work out, and it's not crazy enough for it to function.
