A short film commissioned by the Czech National Bank - unfortunately. I believe that at other times Pavel Koutský would have made a much bigger and more biting joke out of Czech banking, but this time he could only fantasize on the basis of dry (supplied) slogans and lectures about how great the Czech National Bank is and that we still have it. It's still funny, but it's lost its edge.
