Bullying is simply something I can't stand, so whenever I see it, it always evokes strong emotions in me. In the case of After Lucia, this is even more pronounced because, from the beginning, it's not clear what the film will be about and what direction it will take. Once it does take that direction, it's uncomfortable to watch, and it's powerful, regardless of how oddly unrealistic the ending may be.
