This films will go down in history because of the method in which it was made – Ushev's animated images are drawn in his own blood. Like the romantic poets of old, this filmmaker wanted through his radical act to highlight our increasingly desensitised world, with its lack of traditional moral values. (Göteborg Film Festival)
