inglês It’s too drawn-out a film to really entertain me. I like similar narratives that delve into characters' pasts, revealing and explaining causes. However, here it's just so long and with so many dull moments that it didn't provide a great experience for me; rather, it was slightly below average. ()

inglês A wonderful film, full of sadness and joy of life at the same time, although the wistful tone prevails greatly. Both emotional levels are perfectly complemented by tasteful music. The interweaving of time planes is quite clear and the subject matter encourages it. All the time I was wondering why the story itself moved me so much. It wasn't until the end that I realized how similar my fate was to the main character. I was just a bit more grown-up back then, but unfortunately, it didn't help at all. Time can heal a lot of wounds, but deep down they will probably stay there forever. And when they randomly come to the surface, you ask yourself the same painful question over and over again... Why?
