Era uma vez uma ilha habitada por aves de todos os géneros e feitios. Como em qualquer outro lugar, existem os que são naturalmente populares e os que se esforçam por ser aceites. É o caso de Red, Chuck e Bomb, três passarocos muito amigos cuja inadaptação resultou em graves problemas de autocontrolo. Certo dia, a ilha foi invadida por porcos verdes. Os temperamentais Red, Chuck e Bomb, a quem nunca ninguém deu importância, puseram a sua raiva contida ao serviço de uma rebelião que os libertou a todos do jugo dos suínos. Esta guerra teve consequências graves para a ilha dos porcos. Agora, quando todos viviam em relativa tranquilidade, as duas ilhas são atacadas pelo estranho passarão Zeta que, farto de viver num lugar coberto de neve, decidiu conquistar novos territórios. Ao compreenderem o perigo que enfrentam, pássaros e porcos apenas encontram uma solução: unir-se contra a conspiração do invasor comum. (PRIS Audiovisuais)

I watched it half-heartedly between three screaming kids, but the scene in the toilet where the guard gets pissed on and then smashed against the sink and urinal with his access card really got to me.

The Angry Birds Movie 2 tries to do nothing more than entertain, especially the kids, as there are not many adult jokes and innuendos. The whole plot is basically one big cliché with little to surprise, but it flows along nicely and for the trio of birds on an egg hunt, the bird disguise and the soundtrack full of well-known hits, the film deserves the average three stars.

Although the second installment of Angry Birds is similar in style to number one, it is slightly better. Just like before, the humor didn't quite work for me, as it was obviously intended for younger audiences, so I laughed only occasionally. Things were improved by the new mission and cooperation with their arch enemies.
