Karel, 40-year-old insurance clerk and a father from an orderly family, is an example of honesty and good behaviour. He tries to be the best role model for his 12-year-old son. That the first impression might be wrong would prove in a fatal moment when Karel causes a car accident, where a young boy is severely wounded, and he cowardly leaves the scene.
