This is a very bland American gangster film, not helped by the fact that Harvey Keitel had a small part in it. It's a poorly done job of trying to play up the fact that the Russian or Israeli mafia are cool, and yet they're actually pretty much about nothing and it's all just more killing under the guise of a film mafia.
