40° a la sombra

A man is stranded in the midst of a lonely and arid highway. He goes into the desert to look for help and starts to see mirages. Overcome by thirst and heat, he struggles to maintain his link to reality and get out of there; but the desert, like a living being, disorients and confuses him with simulations that increasingly resemble reality.
