During the exploration of a flooded cave complex in Yucatan, Mexico, divers discovered a thirteen-thousand-year-old skeleton of a girl, which helped scientists learn more about the first inhabitants of America. Thousands of years ago, a girl died after falling into a hollow in a cave. In 2007, she was found by divers among the skeletons of prehistoric animals in a flooded tunnel complex. She was named Naia. Experts explored and researched the findings and learned more about the first people who settled the American continent. The documentary offers interviews with experts, original shots from the divers' operation, and a reconstruction of Naia's face as it were on the last day of her life. (Academia Film Olomouc)
