Dimensão Fantasmacontinua onde o refrescante e melhor episódio da série (3) parou, mas é um produto reciclado preguiçoso de mais do que apenas filmes paranormais (neste encontrará tudo, desde Insidiosos até ao final REC). Os momentos de assustar funcionam, mas com os desenvolvimentos não surpreendentes do enredo, não o puxam acima duma experiência medíocre. Duas estrelas e meia. (01/11/2015)

Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension doesn't offer anything that could truly save the series anymore; nothing is surprising, the atmosphere isn't particularly strong, it simply sticks to what has been there from the beginning because it works, and deviating too much from the style would disrupt the continuity of the whole series. It's not the pinnacle of the franchise, but it's not a significant downturn either. It simply played it safe, but the sure thing doesn't shine anymore. (20/06/2017)

The best episode of the series? Certainly. An above average genre flick that brings something new and refreshing in content to the generally globalized horror trend? Alas... In any case, it's a huge boost for the damned and burnt-out "night mode" series, with a solid build-up, visually convincing and starring a bunch of more than likeable characters with an apt sense of humour, whom we certainly don't wish any harm. As usual, the titular boogeyman lacks any memorable character, and as time goes on, it becomes clear that the space where the creators wanted to tread with their very serious ambitions is very thin this time around, but we are still persistently afraid, and, more importantly, we have plenty of satisfying fun – no boredom, no futile dialogue, just a perfectly coordinated and effective recycling of the right and still attractive motifs, which I personally haven't been impressed with as much as here for a long time. 70% (22/10/2015)
