Thirteen or So Minutes is a film that is mainly based on a conversation between the two main characters who suddenly find themselves in a situation that neither of them believed they would ever get into. Yet, it happened and they both have to deal with it somehow. It's a shame that despite the good premise, I felt that more could have been made of it, that it could have gone deeper
