The Underneath

The Underneath is a product of cheap, amateur filmmaking, and that's all evident, but I wouldn't necessarily see it as a bad thing, just simply as a filming style. The fact that even a bit of skill is missing, that's another matter altogether. But I count effort in this case, and the film seemed tolerable enough to warrant at least some basic evaluation in my opinion. Unfortunately, the ending is far too cliché and brings nothing new to the table. (08/04/2015)
