Veerappan

Although it almost seems like this is a film with a message, that aspect is somewhat suppressed in favor of action and brutality, which are quite good. I was quite surprised by how gritty the film is. What it wants to say, however, could have been conveyed in a much smaller space, which somewhat detracts from its impact. (09/02/2017)
