A group of a sex party attendees wake up naked in the snow at an obscure location, not knowing how they got there. They rush to a nearby cabin where they find a dead girl and a message, realizing that they are now trapped in a sinister game. Uma versão mais sexual (e sem sangue) do tema de Saw - Enigma Mortal, feita por jovens cineastas femininas russas que trabalhem em Hollywood. Não é tão mau como seria de esperar para um filme B, tenta aprofundar o enredo, mas ainda não merece uma atenção elevada. Embora tenha muitos corpos nus e não tenha medo de se tornar literal na sua perversidade sexual.
