No final, perde toda a seriedade. Toda a sala riu-se. [Sitges FF] ()

And so, a dangerous deadly game begins. However, the storyline of The Shed develops in a somewhat half-hearted way, and for a long time alternates simply between scenes revolving around Stan circling around the shed in question, and then him having nightmares (a lot of the horror scenes in the movie turn out to be just a dream, which becomes a bit hackneyed after the first scene) and and gets his ass kicked by his classmates, which all leads to a bloodthirsty final showdown, where, however, the previously serious tone and all logic go by the wayside, and the movie becomes either a deliberate or perhaps unintentional comedy, with a few decent gory moments, but at the same time also some stupid plot turns. It is greatly inspired by Tom Holland's Fright Night and similar teenage vampire movies from the '80s. Anyway, the makers could have done a little more work on the screenplay. [Sitges 2019] ()

inglês The American horror movie The Shed shows that Frank Sabatella should definitely make more movies. His work is very appealing to fans of the horror genre, and they can appreciate the effort he puts into his movies and his ability to produce them. Yes, these are pretty low-budget horror movies. However, they are well made, and you can feel the quality and love for the genre, which you just do not get with many amateur productions. ()
