Riti, magie nere e segrete orge nel trecento

98 minutos de sonho que não estão logicamente ligados, apesar de apresentarem os mesmos caracteres nos mesmos locais ou em locais relacionados. Principalmente num castelo e os seus quartos, catacumbas, caves e interiores com um belo cenário montanhoso (filmado em Castello Piccolomini em Itália). Mulheres a serem queimadas, sexo lésbico, toneladas de zooms aos olhos dos personagens principais e secundários arregalados sem razão. Um disparate atmosférico e colorido em que todos experimentam tudo fortemente sem que o espetador saiba porquê. Vê-lo numa só vez merece mesmo respeito. E um copo. (09/10/2022)

Oh, my goodness, this movie is bizarre. Black Magic Rites is not some rubbish low-budget trashy Italian B-movie as it may seem at first glance. It is, however, a completely weird, hard-to-grasp, psychedelic avant-garde movie that I stared at open-mouthed at times and which is very hard to evaluate in any way. The fact that the film "Riti, magie nere e segrete orge nel trecento..." lacks some clarity, that the plotline gets lost, can be quite a big problem for some viewers who simply won't be interested in watching something like that. However, I have to say that this didn't bother me this time and I simply enjoyed what I saw. It is still erotically subtler, but desire interestingly bubbles up here. (28/02/2015)
