I can't help but think that although the film is well acted, especially with RJ Mitte showing his acting skills, I nevertheless found it very average as far the subject matter is concerned. It’s too predictable and feels like a classic film about a disabled person who can go on living but struggles to come to terms with his disability, which is done dramatically.

Quite good, slightly forgotten action movie from the seventies, which has a pretty good redneck vibe, but above all, it has a beautiful final scene with a truck. I've watched that scene several times in a row because it's really worth it. If they nailed it on the first try, then the filmmakers are cool and I applaud them.

On the one hand, I have to praise how the scenes on the rink are handled, some of which are really good - I'm especially glad Zoë Bell is in the film, because she should be getting as many roles as possible - but on the other hand I find the film to be a classic about growing up, uprooting and trying to make things right again. The romance is also essentially unnecessary.

This is a great cinematic experience, which I avoided for a long time, and I don't know why. But I finally saw it and it was worth the wait. It's emotionally beautiful, even though there are characters you may not love. The scene of Gilbert introducing the girl to the mother was incredibly powerful and blew me away.

I don't think we'll see a sci-fi film like this again for a while, and I think it's definitely worth seeing on the big screen, where the gorgeous scenery, which is dark at first glance, stands out to make it clear that this is indeed a sequel. It's visually beautiful, the acting is great, the action is good and the plot is interesting. However, it did lose a little bit of energy towards the end.

I finally got to this Czechoslovakian treasure, and is really very little to fault it for. It’s an excellent film that not only has great acting performances, but also an excellent story based on a literary novel. Krejčík’s direction is extremely confident, but it is František Smolík and Jana Brejchová who are absolutely stunning.

This is an interesting story, which I think works better on the stage than in the film version. However, Rooney Mara was able to appear again, and she is simply great as an actress. The story isn't bad, but I was expecting the reveal of the relationship between the characters to be a bit sharper, more interesting, grittier, or just something that would take my breath away.

It's not so much funny as it is oddly hokey. This is a film you want to watch because of the interesting young actresses who enjoy their roles and are quite goofy, as well as being able to be serious where needed. That means you’ll be watching the type of film that you don't see every day. However, it’s not downright ridiculously great.

This is not a perfected thriller, but it is a thriller that has a pretty good suspenseful atmosphere in that anything can happen. Assuming, of course, that you don't know the historical event being described here. However, in the end, it doesn't have a moment of surprise in it, something that’s really going to wow you.

It's not a bad idea, although the "bind, torture and kill" that the acronym stands for is a bit misleading after all, as this is not as gritty a film as the title might promise. It is pretty decent as a glimpse into a sick mind, so I was able to tolerate the film, but it is also quite illogical in places and doesn't work as well as it probably should. Kane Hodder acts a little too weirdly for a guy the community is supposed to idolize.
